Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within a specified time frame after placing it. As our products are fresh and perishable, the cancellation window is typically very short. Orders can be canceled directly through the "My Orders" section of the App. An order cannot be canceled once it has been processed by the farm or is out for delivery.

2. Refunds

We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality, fresh products. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the products received, please contact our customer support within 12 hours of delivery with a photo of the product in question.

Eligibility for a refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be provided as store credit or through other means as determined by our support team.

We do not offer refunds for products that were delivered in good condition but were not to your personal taste.
